At Approsolutions, we step in when companies need support the most — keeping procurement, supply chain, logistics, and maintenance purchasing moving when a key role is temporarily vacant (parental leave, vacations, resignations, transitions, peak workload, or special projects).
We do this by building a strong internal team of adaptable, motivated professionals and assigning them to fixed-term client mandates, typically 6 to 9 months.

What you’ll do
As an Approsolutions employee, you may support mandates such as:
Buyer / Procurement Specialist (direct or indirect)
Strategic sourcing support
RFQs, bid analysis, supplier comparisons, and negotiation support
Supplier follow-up, expediting, and critical PO management
Contract and pricing support
Logistics coordination and supply continuity support
Maintenance / MRO purchasing (parts, services, repairs)
Mandates can be across many industries — manufacturing, aerospace, pharma, food, industrial services, and more.
That variety is part of the value… and honestly, part of the fun.
How this model works
This is mandate-based work as an employee:
Mandates are usually 6–9 months (depending on the client’s needs)
Work mode can be on-site, hybrid, or remote
You are hired as an employee of Approsolutions (not an independent contractor)
Most important: you should not stress about “what happens when the mandate ends.”
When one assignment is ending, we actively prepare the next one. Transition periods may include internal support, training, documentation, process improvement, or other value-added work — so you keep progressing and stay on payroll.
