🔹 Founder

Saeed Asadi is a procurement and supply chain professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience across multiple industries, including pharmaceutical, agri-food, aerospace, automotive, retail, and manufacturing.

He has supported operational teams in procurement, planning, logistics, and maintenance purchasing, with a strong focus on execution, supplier management, and continuity under pressure.

Throughout his career, he has:

Managed procurement and planning activities across complex production environments

  • Led sourcing initiatives, RFQs, and supplier negotiations

  • Delivered measurable cost savings and improved purchasing efficiency

  • Coordinated logistics, imports, and supply chain operations

  • Supported maintenance and critical parts procurement to reduce downtime risks

Saeed brings deep experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and SAP Ariba, along with strong capabilities in data analysis, supplier performance tracking, and operational follow-up.

His approach is practical and execution-focused—integrating quickly into teams, stabilizing operations, and maintaining momentum during periods of transition or high workload.

Based in Montréal, he works in both English and French.
